Tradescantia Nanouk, also known as Fantasy Venice, has pretty bright green, pink & purple, fuzzy-ish leaves growing on chunky stems. This is a new variety grown by cross-pollinating two selected seedlings of Tradescantia albiflora in the Netherlands.  A great choice for beginners - 

Super low maintenance plant - water frequently and give as much bright light as possible.
