Niko Far West - Leaf Carved Planter - 6"

We are proud to carry locally made Niko Far West ceramics!  Beautifully handcrafted by in Portland, OR. NIKO FAR WEST is a one-women operation run by artist Nicky Kriara in Portland, Oregon. She is a Portland native with a multimedia arts background and a BFA in Ceramics. Before starting NIKO in 2016, she worked in the field of stop-motion animation, ran a small art gallery, and created large paintings and sculpture installations. This small batch studio focuses mainly on decorative planters using a combination of slip-casting, sgraffito, and experimental techniques.

The name NIKO FAR WEST was inspired by Nicky’s Greek-American ancestors and her Pacific Northwest roots. 

This is the Leaf Planter in 6" size. 

Currently available in Black/White, and Light Red/White which is exclusively sold by Wildehaus at Origin Story. 

Includes drainage hole and handmade ceramic tray.
